Disney's High School Musical 2 
SVTA joins forces with the Magic City Actors' Theatre to bring you the sequel to this incredibly successful musical phenomenon.  PRESENTED AT THE VIRGINIA SAMFORD THEATRE.

NOVEMBER 6, 2009
Bob

This is the story of Bob who appears to be an average office worker until he is visited by management in his bedroom.  Nothing is what it seems in this new comedy.  This will be SVTA's entry in the Trumbauer Play Festival.
NOVEMBER 12 - 15, 2009
Moon Over Buffalo 
Ken Ludwig's delightful farce about life in the theatre.  Reviews raved, "Hilarious...the play is nothing less than a love letter to live theatre."
 
FEBRUARY 17 - 28, 2010
Ragtime
Following the enormous success of Les Miserables and Jekyll and Hyde, STARS and SVTA will jointly produce this Tony-Award-Winning musical.  Based on E.L. Doctorow's popular book, Terrence McNally, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty have created a musical masterpiece.  PRESENTED AT THE VIRGINIA SAMFORD THEATRE. 

APRIL 29 - MAY 2, 2010
The Wiz
This epic reworking of The Wizard of Oz won a Tony for Best Musical and features the hits "Ease on Down the Road," "Slide Some Oil to Me," and "Don't Nobody Bring Me No Bad News."
